Fulham 1-2 Crystal Palace: Sarr & França complete comeback win in friendly (full match highlights)

Crystal Palace came from behind to beat Fulham 2-1 in a behind-closed-doors friendly at Motspur Park on August 7, 2026. The Whites took an early lead through Antonee Robinson, who finished a rapid counter-attack in the 3rd minute after being picked out by Oscar Bobb. Palace responded before half-time when Ismaïla Sarr bundled home from close range in the 33rd minute after Chris Richards headed a corner back across goal. Matheus França then struck the winner just two minutes after the restart, slotting past Benjamin Lecomte following a pass from Oscar Mingueza. The match was notable for the debuts of Fulham's new Spanish signings Gonzalo García and César Palacios, who both started and looked lively, with Palacios hitting the crossbar in the 40th minute. Palace made five changes at half-time, including the introduction of Takehiro Tomiyasu who had officially joined earlier in the day. Jørgen Strand Larsen nearly opened the scoring for Palace earlier but was denied by a brilliant Bernd Leno save. The Eagles controlled much of the second half and secured back-to-back pre-season wins. Can Fulham bounce back from this defeat ahead of their Premier League opener against Chelsea on August 24?
