Juventus 2-0 Atalanta: Celik & Zhegrova seal convincing win in Turin (full highlights)

Juventus continued their impressive run of form with a convincing 2-0 victory over Atalanta at the Allianz Stadium, with Zeki Celik and Edon Zhegrova scoring in each half to seal all three points for Luciano Spalletti's side and extend their unbeaten home run against the Bergamaschi. Thomas Kristensen was booked on 17 minutes for a cynical foul in midfield, followed by Chico Conceicao on 22 as the visitors struggled to contain Juventus' attacking intent. Juventus took the lead on 28 minutes when Zeki Celik finished clinically from Chico Conceicao's pass from the left, curling the ball into the far corner beyond the Atalanta goalkeeper with real composure. In the second half, Edon Zhegrova doubled the advantage on 77 minutes, converting Bremer's cross from the right with a clinical finish to put the game beyond Atalanta's reach. Franck Kessie was booked on 85 minutes as frustration crept in. Juventus had 14 shots with 6 on target and 54% possession, while Atalanta managed 11 attempts with 4 on target. Celik was named man of the match for his goal and energetic display on the flank, capping a fine team performance. With 10 points from five games, Juventus climb to 4th, while Atalanta drop to 10th with six points.
